About our postal rates
Our website provides estimated postal prices based on the shipping destination and the size of the items ordered, and we often absorb some of the postage costs. If you would like a specific delivery price for an order, please Contact Us with your order items and we'll weigh and measure the items and provide you with an exact price. However, there is a good chance that this total will come to a higher price than our automated system would provide.

Special Orders
Items which are available on special order are not held in stock. Please contact us for an estimated delivery time before ordering. Once a payment has been made for a special order item we will confirm the delivery time by email.
Custom Parts
When ordering a custom wheel build please allow an additional 4 working days for our expert wheel builder to build your wheel.
Working Days
Working days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not included. Any order placed after close of business will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after close of business on a Friday will be processed on Monday. Please allow extra time for deliveries near Christmas.
Stock Levels
On the rare occasion that a stock level error should occur, you will be notified by email when your order is being processed. We will give you an expected delivery date, and give you the option of a full refund.
We always put free stickers in your order to take the sting out of your postage costs!
